Fusebox helps developers of all skill levels create robust, stable, scalable and maintainable applications quickly. It provides a consistent and stable architecture that is easily learned.

Tag Line

Fusebox helps developers of all skill levels create great applications rapidly.

Definition of great = robust, stable, scalable, maintainable.

Framework Description

The Fusebox framework helps developers organize their code, reduces maintenance costs, improves team development, is easy to learn and strives for simplicity. It is robust (good error messages) and future versions are backward compatible with earlier versions.

Commentary

I think an important part of the "vision" is that Fusebox should support a broad range of programming styles, encompassing both procedural programmers and OO programmers.

Fusebox is a lightweight, high-performance web application/web UI controller framework for building applications that are easy to maintain and easily extensible.

It's worth pointing out that only the "extensible" stuff has really changed much in recent memory or the short-term anticipated future. I think that speaks to the maturity of the framework and it's approach to the core task (of being a application/UI controller framework).
