Docs confusing for prefix: syntax

Because the prefix: has been italicized the colon loses its top dot in the tail of the x so it looks like prefix.security (ala fusebox 4) and not a : separator…

I was being lazy when I wrote the examples and just used a generic prefix. I should expand the explanation and remove the italics.

(In [224]) Addresses #94 and #98 by cleaning up those sections of the documentation. Additionally cleans up a number of other areas and brings this closer to "release" documentation.
