Reorganize repository to make future releases easier

Create a corefiles directory and put the core files in there with the errortemplates. Move the scaffolder (sic) out of extensions. Create a build directory and figure out an ant script to create the ZIPs instead of using a hokey shell script.

Considered fixed at this point. Ideally we should get the SVN revision automatically and used that for builds.
