Description

I'm not sure whether I'm the only experiencing this bug. I'm current doing development using fusebox 5. I frequently change my circuit.xml file. Even though I have set the mode to development-full-load, I still have to pass fusebox.load=true to the url. If not, fusebox will not load the new changes to the circuit.xml.

Almost certainly the same as Ticket #99 which is fixed in Fusebox 5.1.
